Loni Burkow
Loni is a Los Angeles based stylist from West Bloomfield, Michigan. She has been doing hair professionally since graduating from the David Pressley School of Cosmetology in 2007. Including her work behind the scenes on movies, in fashion shows, and in the theatre, Loni is always striving to continue her education in the ever-evolving world of hair. This includes training at the TIGI Academy and extensive knowledge of Schwarzkopf color.
Shortly after moving to Santa Monica, California, in 2013, Loni found a home at LuxeLab Salon. LuxeLab’s emphasis on continuing education fits with her drive to constantly better herself and her styling. Though Loni excels in all areas of cutting and styling, her true talent and passion lies with color (creative, corrective, blondes and fashion redheads are just some of her favorites).
For Loni, all great hair begins with a great consultation. Her communication with her clients is the key to creating beautiful style which allows her clients to feel confident and excited. Everyone who sits in her chair receives a comfortable and pampered experience.
When she’s not in the salon, you can find Loni exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer. She loves to travel and appreciate the arts (a passion which stems from her background in musical theatre).
